you need from flatware to china to tables and chairs, tents,
barbecue grills, etc. the waiters, waitresses, chefs, bartenders,
hosts and directors to ensure the success of every event. |
All-American Picnic Packages
Picnic packages listed are based on 100 people minimum.
With any of the packages, you can always add food, beverage
or entertainment. Tax (8%) & gratuity / service charge (20%)
must be added to all packages.
Picnic Package 1:
A) Hamburgers, Hot dogs, Sausage &
Peppers, Baked Beans, Potatoes Salad, Cole
Slaw, Chips, Pickles, Olives, Melon, Iced
Tea, Water, Coffee & Soda. All paper goods
/ dinnerware.
B) Hosted races, Balloon Artist, 3 hole mini golf, 2 carnival
board games, variety of interactive zany games, hula hoops,
hacky sack toss, three legged race, tug-of-war and prizes.
The cost for this package is at $25.95 per person.
The cost for food only is at $20.95 per person.
Picnic Package 2:
A) same as package 1 along with Chicken, Macaroni Salad
& Corn on the Cob.
B) Same as package 1 along with a magician and moon bounce (or
comparable) and music.
The cost for package 2 is at $35.95 per person.
The cost for food only is at $30.95 per person.
Picnic Package 3:
A) Same as package 2 along with 12oz. Steak, Tossed Salad,
Steamed Clams & Shrimp
B) Same as package 2 along with 6 hole mini golf, tattoo artist,
face painter, six carnival board type games, photo fantasy,
speed pitch, cotton candy machine or popcorn machine & bigger
prizes.
The cost for package 3 is at $73.95 per person
The cost for food only is at $60.95 per person
